Initial Architecture

Defining the app's architecture was critical to delivering a seamless and intuitive lead management experience. The framework was created after extensive client discusses and a thorough understanding of company objectives. Its purpose was to streamline lead tracking, opportunity management, and quotation handling. By organizing these workflows, we guaranteed that sales teams could rapidly gather, nurture, and convert leads while preserving clear visibility into ongoing campaigns and performance metrics.

Wireframes

We created wireframes to illustrate LeadFlow's structure and functionality prior to moving to high-fidelity designs, delivering a smooth admin panel, mobile app, and web application experience. These wireframes, which were developed based on internal testing and client meetings, simplified navigation, identified important user interactions, and created an easy-to-use interface for reporting, opportunity management, and lead tracking. We made sure that the final outcome was clear and usable by iterating on these low-fidelity concepts.

Design

In my role as UX designer, I collaborated closely with the client and UI designers to make sure the design matched user requirements and business goals. Creating a visually appealing and effective interface that made lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting easier was the aim. By improving layouts, streamlining interactions, and striking a balance between usability and aesthetics, we made sure that the interface is intuitive and boosts productivity.

LeadFlow Design

Outcome

Internal testing with the client team and a thorough assessment against the business requirement document were crucial in validating the platform as we completed the LeadFlow design. These evaluations made that the system matched the company goals and efficiently supported lead tracking, reporting, etc.

Takeaway

Impact

We validated through internal testing that LeadFlow's structured approach to lead management increases productivity and accuracy of follow up. While automation features decreased the amount of manual labor, the user friendly design allowed for smooth navigation. Before the final release, the study also identified areas that could benefit from further improvements to improve usability.

What We Learnt

  • Aligning the platform with business goals ensured it met the exact needs of sales teams.
  • The client team's interaction improved workflow optimizations and navigation.

Next Steps

  • Conduct final refinements based on client feedback before launch.
  • Prepare for broader usability testing with a larger group of target users.
